Position Overview
We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our Lovisa team at the Oxmoor Center in Louisville, KY. As a Sales Associate, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets and creating a positive, engaging shopping experience for our customers. If you love fashion, enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, and have excellent communication skills, Lovisa is the place for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
- Help maintain a well-presented store environment.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales goals and store targets.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends to assist customers with styling.
- Assist with restocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory.
- Ensure the store meets Lovisa’s high standards of customer experience and presentation.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Open availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
