Position Overview
We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team at the Mall of Georgia. In this role, you will be the ambassador for the Lovisa brand, leading the team by example, driving sales, and achieving store targets. Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, coaching, developing, and motivating your team to achieve store targets (KPIs).
- Create a positive team environment through strong leadership and relationship-building.
- Ensure the store operates efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales and meet KPIs through effective team management and performance tracking.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory, visual merchandising, and staffing.
- Ensure a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.
- Take responsibility for the store’s success and customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience as a Store Manager in Training, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting KPIs.
- Strong people management skills and a passion for developing and motivating teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Passion for fashion and retail.
- Open availability to work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years or older.
