About the Position:
Our client is seeking a skilled Access and Crystal Reports Developer for a one-month contract. This fully remote position requires candidates to work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis (no sponsorship available). The primary responsibility of this role is to automate processes using Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports for a hospital client currently using a manual records system. The goal is to help them migrate and automate daily records to improve efficiency.
Candidates with strong experience in Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports are encouraged to apply. Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate manual processes using Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports for a hospital client.
- Migrate and automate daily records from a manual to an automated system.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and ensure smooth transitions.
- All candidates must submit to a drug and background check as required by the client.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports.
- Experience automating processes using these tools.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
