Job Description/Overview:
Community Horizons seeks a compassionate and reliable caregiver for weekend shifts in a private home setting. This role focuses on providing in-home care and supporting individuals enrolled in self-directed programs, ensuring maximum independence and personalized support.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare meals.
Perform housekeeping duties.
Provide medication support.
Assist with personal care, including bathing and incontinence support.
Support toileting and transfers using an Easy Stand.
Qualifications:
Female candidates preferred.
Motivated and willing to follow directions.
Kind and reliable.
Prior caregiving experience is an asset.
Experience:
Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to provide compassionate and patient care.
