Job Description/Overview:
Community Horizons seeks an experienced caregiver to provide in-home care for an individual in a self-directed program. This role offers a stress-free, 1:1 private home setting with no forced shifts and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Transfers and personal care (e.g., bed baths, changing clothes, incontinence support).
Meal preparation.
Maintaining skin integrity.
Administering medication injections.
Cleaning and dishes.
Qualifications:
Female candidates preferred.
Caregiving experience, including medication injections.
Ability to pass a background check.
Experience:
Previous caregiving experience required.
Skills:
Knowledge of personal care and medication administration.
Reliable and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a private home setting.

Wage: $18.35 per hour.
Schedule: 5:30–8:30 PM (6+ hours weekly, including every other weekend).
