Job Description/Overview:
The Office Administrative Assistant will handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, compiling data, and maintaining office supplies and filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Answer phone calls and relay messages.
Compile data, statistics, and other information.
Oversee report preparation.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
1 to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
Ability to multitask.
Strong organizational skills.
Dependability and flexibility.
