Position: Dedicated In-Home Caregiver

Job Description/Overview:
Community Horizons is seeking a dependable caregiver to assist an individual in their private home. This position offers full-time hours, Monday to Thursday, 3 PM–11 PM, with weekends off. You will be hired directly by the individual to provide personalized care and will receive specific training tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, sponge baths).
Monitor skin for breakdowns.
Provide catheter and ostomy care.
Conduct range-of-motion exercises.
Perform transfers using a Hoyer lift.
Handle light housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
Local to Green Bay/Allouez, WI.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn Google Drive.
Pet friendly (no allergies to cats or dogs).
Dependable with strong communication skills.
Experience:
Previous healthcare or caregiving experience preferred.
CNAs and nursing students are encouraged to apply.
