Job Description/Overview:
Visiting Angels is a leading provider of in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. We aim to enhance the lives of our clients by offering personalized care plans that help them remain independent and comfortable in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient care under nursing direction.
Assist with ADLs (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, eating).
Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
Maintain a clean and healthy living environment.
Transport clients as needed.
Build rapport with clients to foster trust and comfort.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have completed at least one live-in caregiving position.
Positive attitude, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Experience:
At least one year of live-in caregiving experience (preferred).
Skills:
Empathy and the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
