Job Description/Overview
As a Marketing Officer in the “Marketing & Business Development” team, you will assist in developing the bank’s commercial activities and promoting its products and services to existing and prospective clients. The role involves conducting studies, supporting marketing projects, and executing innovative strategies to enhance business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with market studies, product launches, and communication campaigns to support commercial development.
Support project management related to the marketing action plan.
Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and propose innovative ideas.
Establish and track KPIs for commercial actions.
Qualifications
A degree in Marketing, Communication, or Finance.
Strong interest in banking and financial markets.
Project management skills (tools and methodologies).
Analytical, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Strong customer orientation, excellent teamwork, and communication skills.
Rigor, organizational skills, and adaptability.
Proficiency in French and English.
Experience
Prior exposure to marketing, finance, or project management is advantageous.
Skills
Knowledge of marketing strategies and data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
