Job Description/Overview:
Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) specializes in home and community-based services for individuals with disabilities and older adults. As a Caregiver with Consumer Direct Washington, you will assist clients with daily tasks to support their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities, including walking, bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting.
Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
Perform light housekeeping and medication reminders.
Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior.
Address client needs with safety and respect.
Complete other authorized duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.
Pass background and exclusion checks.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Complete required training.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if transporting clients).
Physically able to assist with weight-bearing activities.
Experience:
No specific experience required; training is provided.
Skills:
Compassion, reliability, and attention to safety.

Pay: $21.12–$23.94 per hour.
