We are seeking a passionate and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and support the digital marketing efforts for this upcoming attraction. Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Executive – Waterpark, you will play a vital role in driving awareness, engagement, and bookings through strategic digital campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Management:
- Develop and manage digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing channels.
- Support pre-launch, grand opening, and post-launch digital strategies.
- Website Optimization:
- Maintain and update the waterpark’s website to ensure accurate, engaging, and current content.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to optimize the website for SEO and enhance the user experience to drive conversions.
- Social Media & Reputation Management:
- Track and respond to guest feedback on online platforms to build positive relationships and manage the waterpark’s online reputation.
- Drive social media strategy to promote engagement and brand visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with waterpark operations, sales, revenue, F&B, and marketing teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
- Partner with external agencies and stakeholders to meet campaign objectives.
- Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably within the attractions, entertainment, or hospitality industries.
- Agency or in-house experience is highly regarded.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative.
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
