About the Role
Exclusive Talent is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Auckland. This role is perfect for a motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for sales administration and event coordination. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting business objectives, engaging and developing associates, and driving growth within the New Zealand market. Your strong interpersonal skills will be key in building relationships and achieving successful outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist in driving business growth by supporting associates to increase enrolments and sales coordination.
- Event Coordination: Organize and present at meetings, events, and roadshows, including offsite and after-hours events.
- Associate Engagement: Track and support associates to achieve incentives and rank advancements.
- Social Media & Marketing: Use social media to promote the brand and engage with associates, while collaborating with marketing on product training and branding initiatives.
- Recognition & Reporting: Coordinate recognition programs and provide reports on associate support activities.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Mandarin-English Bilingual is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in direct selling, coordination, or administrative support.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
