Job Overview
Shakudo Inc. is seeking a talented Content Writer to join our dynamic team in Toronto. In this full-time, permanent position, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content, editing advertising copy, and overseeing the editorial production process. This role requires strong writing and research skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to develop factual content and gather necessary information.
- Write and edit advertising copy to engage audiences effectively.
- Oversee editorial production from concept development to publication.
- Ensure content is accurate, clear, and aligned with the brand’s messaging.
- Write technical reports as required.
- Copy edit content to ensure grammatical correctness and clarity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of content writing experience.
- Skills:
- Strong writing and copy editing abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and WordPress.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
