Job Description/ Overview
Bromley Healthcare – Care at Home is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide high-quality, person-centered domiciliary care. This role enables service users to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives within their own homes.
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible shift patterns to accommodate your availability, including evenings and weekends.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Provide personalized care to service users in line with their support plans.
Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication administration.
Support meal preparation and shopping.
Help with domestic tasks, including cleaning and organizing.
Facilitate social interactions and leisure activities.
Ensure proper use of equipment for manual handling.
Promote health, well-being, and independence for service users.
Maintain accurate records and report any changes in service users’ conditions.
Key Requirements
Essential:

Ability to support a wide range of care needs.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends.
Commitment to high-quality care and supporting individuals’ independence.
Desirable:
Previous experience in domiciliary care.
