Job Description/Overview:
Avery Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest providers of luxury elderly care homes, is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to a supportive care team. This role focuses on enhancing the dignity and individuality of residents, with the company offering a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence in the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care.
Recognize and escalate clinical risks.
Contribute to the care team to maintain service continuity.
Act courteously towards residents and visitors.
Respect the dignity and individuality of residents.
Qualifications:
Compassionate and committed to providing elderly care.
Willingness to undergo induction and training.
Experience:
