Job Description/Overview:
Avery Healthcare seeks a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant to join their friendly and award-winning team. The focus is on delivering high standards of personal care while maintaining the dignity and individuality of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care.
Recognize and understand clinical risk areas.
Act courteously towards residents and visitors.
Contribute to the care team to ensure service continuity.
Respect residents’ dignity and individuality.
Qualifications:
Compassionate and committed to elderly care.
Willingness to complete induction and training.
Experience:
Not explicitly required but experience in a care environment is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team-oriented and attentive to detail.
Salary:
£11.62 per hour
Working Pattern:
Full-time (4 x 12-hour shifts per week)
