Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the automotive industry and demonstrate strong sales and customer service skills. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting vehicle options, and closing sales while providing excellent customer support. The Sales Executive will play a key role in achieving sales objectives and contributing to the profitability of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the full range of vehicles and provide customers with detailed information and demonstrations.
- Accompany potential customers on test drives, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Provide information on financing options, vehicle availability, and installment methods.
- Close sales by guiding customers through the administrative process and ensuring all paperwork is completed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and seek new prospects for future sales.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the business.
- Complete brand-related training and achieve necessary certifications as per brand standards.
- Adhere to internal and external brand audit criteria, company policies, and industry standards.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
