Position Overview
As a Bell Attendant at Capella Sydney, you will be the first and last point of contact for our arrival and departure guests. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with the smooth transfer of luggage, packages, and vehicles, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless and memorable. You will also provide directions and arrange transport services, contributing to the exceptional service our hotel is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and farewell guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience during check-in and check-out.
- Assist guests with luggage, packages, and the safe and efficient movement of vehicles.
- Provide guests with directions to hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
- Arrange transport for guests, including taxis or shuttle services.
- Ensure that all tasks are performed in line with Capella Sydney’s high standards of service.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role at luxury hotels, resorts, or commercial facilities.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and hands-on experience in room maintenance.
- Language: Good spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- License: A valid full driver’s license.
- Work Rights: Must have valid working rights in Australia.
