Job Description/Overview:
Seeking compassionate caregivers to join a member’s care team, providing personal assistance and companionship in a private home setting. This role supports members enrolled in self-directed programs, ensuring their independence while living at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care, including dressing, showers/bed baths, and ADLs.
Run errands using the member’s wheelchair van.
Prepare meals.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry (including changing bedding).
Provide wound care and dressing changes.
Assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift.
Schedule:
Every other weekend from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Wage:
$17.00 per hour.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old or older.
Reliable transportation and a backup transportation plan.
Experience:
Preferred but not required.
Skills:
Can-do attitude.
Friendly demeanor.
