Job Description / Overview:
Join Deloitte’s Human Capital team, renowned as the global leader in HR and people transformation. The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will be responsible for implementing various SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.), including business analysis, configurations, testing, training, and knowledge transfer to key users. The role also involves helping clients align their HR priorities with supporting technologies and collaborating with other consulting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.).
Conduct business analysis, configure modules, and perform testing.
Provide training and ensure knowledge transfer to key users.
Help clients synchronize their HR priorities with SAP technologies.
Collaborate with other consulting teams to set synergy goals.
Mentor junior colleagues in their professional development.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering/IT (HR specialization is a plus).
3 to 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (both functional and technical), including at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
At least 1 SAP SuccessFactors certification.
Fluent in French and English (German is a plus).
Strong team spirit, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
Proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
Experience in HR transformation projects.
Skills:
SAP SuccessFactors functional and technical knowledge.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team and mentor junior staff.
