Job Description/Overview:
Avery Healthcare, one of the largest providers of luxury elderly care homes in the UK, seeks a compassionate and enthusiastic Care Assistant for their award-winning team at Ascot Grange Care Home. The role focuses on delivering high standards of personal care and ensuring residents’ well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily tasks.
Contribute to the care team for continuity of services.
Recognize and understand clinical risk areas.
Practice safe systems of work.
Act courteously towards residents and their visitors.
Qualifications:
Compassionate and dedicated to elderly care.
Willingness to undergo induction and training.
Experience:
Not explicitly required but prior experience in care assistance is an advantage.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Salary:
£11.90 per hour
