Position Overview
Ferrero is seeking detail-oriented and careful Warehouse Associates to join their team. This role involves operating forklifts to move packages and materials within a temperature-controlled warehouse environment, as well as filling customer orders and delivering them to the appropriate platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Forklift Operators: Operate forklifts to move materials and packages around the warehouse.
- Order Selectors: Pick and prepare customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to the delivery platform.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to meet operational goals and maintain a smooth flow of goods.
What We’re Looking For
- Forklift Operators: Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience.
- Order Selectors: Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately pick and pack orders with attention to quality.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve warehouse goals.
