Job Description:

International Center Group for Food Stuff is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the implementation and execution of brand strategies that will drive growth and enhance the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. This role will focus on identifying brand positioning, monitoring performance, and managing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to meet business objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify key brand positioning and differentiation strategies over competitors.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, design, etc.) to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
  • Monitor brand performance across various channels and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing campaigns including advertising, promotions, and events.
  • Lead and execute effective marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and market share.

Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within food service or retail sectors.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for decision-making and strategy development.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to drive brand growth.
  • Strong soft skills and negotiation abilities for closing deals.
  • Proficiency in managing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Based in Kuwait.
  • Transferable Residency (Article 18).
  • Valid driving license.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in brand management or a related marketing role.
  • Age: 23-38 years old.
  • Nationality: Open to all, based in Kuwait.
