Job Description/Overview:
Taralaxmi Enterprise Inc. is seeking skilled Office Administrative Assistants to join our team. This position requires individuals with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations within our Thornhill office.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and staff.
Answer telephone calls and relay messages professionally.
Handle electronic inquiries efficiently.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.

Qualifications:

$27.50 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Permanent full-time employment.
Working Hours:
Day, evening, flexible hours, and mornings.
Start Date:
As soon as possible.
