Job Description/Overview:
Solutions In-Home Care is hiring Certified CNA’s/HCA’s to provide exceptional one-on-one care in the comfort of patients’ homes. This position requires availability on weekends. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion and dedication to improving the lives of patients by assisting with daily activities and promoting their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal daily living activities (hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility, etc.)
Prepare and monitor food intake
Perform health monitoring (blood pressure checks, medication reminders)
Maintain patient records and report observations
Engage with patients in activities to promote mental health and alertness
Qualifications:
Valid WA state CNA or HCA certification
CPR and First Aid certified
WA State Food Handlers Card
Reliable transportation and auto insurance (preferred)
Experience:
1 year of caregiving experience (required)
Skills:
Compassionate, kind, and respectful
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
