Are you ready to oversee the entire product lifecycle in the dynamic KYC (Know Your Customer) landscape? i-Hub is searching for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role is a unique opportunity to lead innovation in KYC technology and make a real impact in the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, launch, and improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and exceptional customer experiences.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities and improvements.
Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Establish and track key product performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Represent i-Hub’s product strategy to executive leadership, stakeholders, and clients.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments to maintain product compliance and relevance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in executive product leadership within the FinTech/RegTech or related industries.
Strong strategic vision with the ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience scaling product teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to inspire internal and external stakeholders.
Solid understanding of technology and product development processes, with a passion for innovation.
Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in English and French.
Expertise in AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC, and due diligence is a plus.
