Job Description/Overview:
Radiant Medical Staffing is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide resident-centered care and companionship, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting a quality-of-life experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow resident care plans and document appropriately.
Assist residents with activities such as dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
Encourage residents to engage in planned activities.
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Maintain patient confidentiality.
Assist with meal service and emergency procedures.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality.
Reliable, compassionate, and attentive to residents’ needs.
Experience:
Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not specified.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
