Job Description/Overview

 

XGD Europe S.A. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Sales Officer with expertise in developing offline payment solutions and opening business accounts for corporate clients across Luxembourg, Germany, and international markets. The ideal candidate has over three years of experience, strong knowledge of business account setups, and proficiency in managing business agents and financial relationships. Familiarity with the investment fund sector and proficiency in Chinese are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Account Opening:

 

Identify and develop offline payment solutions tailored to corporate clients’ needs.

 

Facilitate the opening of business accounts for companies in Luxembourg, Germany, and internationally.

 

Ensure compliance with local banking and financial regulations.

 

Client Relationship Management:

 

Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.

 

Ensure a seamless onboarding process and high client satisfaction.

 

Act as the primary point of contact for client requests and issues, delivering timely solutions.

 

Agent Management & Fee Structure:

 

Set up and manage business agents, overseeing relationship contracts and performance metrics.

 

Collaborate with internal and external agents to streamline communication and operations.

 

Investment Fund Experience (Preferred):

 

Support clients with relevant financial products and services in the investment fund industry.

 

Assist with account setups and payment solutions tailored to investment fund needs.

 

Other Essential Skills:

 

Proficiency in Chinese (preferred) for effective engagement with APAC clients.

 

Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking and finance.

 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and colleagues.

 

Analytical skills for fee calculation, account structuring, and payment development.

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

 

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business sales, banking, or financial services.

 

Proven expertise in business account opening, agent management, and offline payment solutions.

 

Familiarity with Luxembourg and German financial regulations.

 

Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.

 

Experience

 

Strong background in business development and financial services.

 

Experience in managing corporate clients and agents.

 

Skills

 

Proficient in English; Chinese language skills are highly preferred.

 

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
