Job Description/Overview:
Total Fleet Solutions Inc. is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive office support. This role is full-time, permanent, and requires on-site presence to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and efficient coordination within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and oversee daily office operations.
Open and distribute mail and other communications.
Develop and implement office procedures and routines.
Schedule and confirm appointments with precision and professionalism.
Handle telephone and electronic inquiries, relaying messages promptly.
Address employee questions and complaints courteously.
Manage office supply orders and maintain inventory levels.
Perform data entry and organize records efficiently.
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to policies.
Qualifications:
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Independent worker with minimal supervision.
