Job Overview
As part of our transformation to drive online growth, we are looking for a Website Content Writer to join our team. This role will focus on creating high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content across various platforms to enhance our online presence and accelerate sales. You will play a key role in creating and editing both technical and creative content, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure our content strategy supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Review and Editing: Proofread and review all content produced by the Content and Marketing teams, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and alignment with the company’s style guide.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers to create engaging website banners, graphics, and marketing materials.
- Technical Writing and Documentation: Research and write technical documents such as product manuals, user guides, reports, presentations, and more.
- Creative Writing: Develop clear, compelling copy to describe products and drive sales. Create well-researched, engaging articles using a conversational tone.
- SEO and Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Content Strategy: Produce and manage a content calendar that supports product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer education initiatives. Tailor content to different stages of the customer journey.

- Technical Content Creation: Develop content about HRIS software features, functionalities, and benefits. Write product descriptions, technical articles, white papers, FAQs, and more.
- SEO and Content Optimization: Implement SEO strategies to ensure content ranks well and drives website traffic.
- Content Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with teams to align content with business goals and audience needs.
- Audience Engagement and User Experience: Write content that is both technically accurate and accessible to non-technical readers.

Qualifications

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, ideally within the software or HR technology industry.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HRIS systems, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software.
- Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficient in WordPress, HTML, and content for social media.
