Job Description/ Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist (H/F) to join our innovative and dynamic team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR strategy and processes across recruitment, employee relations, training, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
Draft and publish job offers.
Pre-screen and interview candidates.
Collaborate with managers to define recruitment needs and strategies.
Training & Development
Identify and assess employee training needs.
Design and coordinate development programs.
HR Administration
Manage employment contracts and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Employee Relations
Provide guidance on HR-related issues.
Resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze HR data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Prepare regular performance and compliance reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, preferably in medical or pharmaceutical sectors.
Proficiency in labor laws in Luxembourg.
Fluency in French and English
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Skills
Proactive and methodical approach to work.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Adaptable and tech-savvy with experience in Office tools.
Experience
Proven HR generalist experience (5+ years).
