About the Role
As Executive Assistant, you will provide proactive and professional administrative support to the CEO – TMD and the Leadership Team. Your role will be integral in maintaining momentum across priority initiatives, coordinating tasks, and delivering seamless administrative and project support. This is a dynamic opportunity to gain exposure to the diverse challenges faced by senior leaders within a fast-growing technology business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s diary, emails, meeting coordination, domestic and international travel, and expenses.
- Arrange logistical aspects of leadership meetings, including agendas, materials, facility bookings, and catering.
- Conduct ad hoc research and present findings concisely.
- Support the preparation, review, and editing of Board and Leadership Team papers, external correspondence, and presentations.
- Track deadlines and action items to ensure timely completion.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives relevant to the business unit over time.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience supporting executives in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- High degree of discretion, professionalism, and judgment in handling sensitive, confidential matters.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Advanced proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
