We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is based in our Toronto office and offers a dynamic opportunity to craft compelling, engaging, and results-driven content that resonates with our B2B retail audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality, creative, and impactful copy for various channels including blogs, social media, website, podcasts, ads, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and thought leaders to create authoritative content.
  • Develop optimized SEO content to drive visibility and organic growth.
  • Create testimonials, case studies, and client quotes to showcase our solutions’ value.
  • Support the graphic designer with design tasks, video formatting, presentations, and more.
  • Work with third-party publications, agencies, and partners to expand content reach.
  • Repurpose existing content to maximize efficiency and maintain a content library.

Content Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Maintain a content calendar and deliver content consistently, considering strategic initiatives and trends in B2B retail.
  • Differentiate our brand by creating innovative, results-driven content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and client success teams.
  • Track, measure, and optimize content performance to improve engagement and identify opportunities.

 

Qualifications

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or business.
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience in a B2B technology company (retail technology is an asset).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO strategies.
