Job Description/Overview:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders, manage HR operations, and provide strategic guidance to enhance organizational and employee effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
General HR Matters:
Partner with senior leaders to align HR practices with business objectives.
Act as a change agent to implement people initiatives and programs.
Oversee HR processes, career development, and talent management.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and manage legal cases.
Provide HR metrics reporting, including attrition and headcount.
Onboarding:
Ensure smooth integration and monitoring of new joiners.
Supervise administrative topics for all employees.
Manage performance assessments and follow-ups.
Annual Performance Evaluation:
Communicate evaluation processes and KPIs to employees.
Support career development and drive performance management.
Organize and participate in Year-End performance evaluation committees.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or equivalent in HR, Economics, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships and influence decisions.
Knowledge of Luxembourg labor law, HR policies, and regulations.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French, German, or other languages is an asset.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP HRIS is a plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in HR business partnering and employee relations management.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
