Job Overview
We are looking for a Content Writer to create high-quality content across various channels and audiences. This role will involve working closely with marketing teams to drive brand awareness, affinity, and conversion in Europe through strategic content creation. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer with the ability to simplify complex topics into compelling narratives and content strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop original content across various formats, including blog posts, white papers, infographics, videos, and more.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that amplify short- and long-term marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, and external agencies to optimize content across the buyer journey.
- Content Optimization: Maximize the reach of high-performing assets by repurposing them into derivative pieces for use across multiple channels and European markets.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistency in messaging, grammar, writing style, and best practices.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on content performance; optimize content based on results.
- Process Improvement: Help develop processes and tools to drive greater efficiency in cross-functional teamwork.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on content marketing trends and propose new ideas for testing.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of editorial experience, ideally within the B2B tech or enterprise software sector.
- Content Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent English writing skills and the ability to simplify complex topics into digestible content.
- Project Management: Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a dynamic environment.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Mindset: A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a passion for content creation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong project management skills and a focus on detail.
- Curiosity: An interest in life sciences and a willingness to learn more about the industry.

- Fluency in another EU5 language (French, Spanish, German, or Italian).
