Job Description/Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents’ well-being and ensuring their dignity and individuality are always respected.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high standards of personal care to residents.
Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Recognize and respond to clinical risks in residents.
Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure continuity of services.
Foster positive interactions with residents and visitors while maintaining Avery Healthcare’s core values: Caring, Supportive, Honest, Respectful, and Accountable.
Qualifications
A genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A compassionate and empathetic nature.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
Skills
Ability to deliver personalized care with respect and dignity.
Strong teamwork and time-management skills.
Knowledge of clinical risk management is desirable.
Salary
£11.70 to £13 per hour
