Job Description/Overview:
Kooper Super is looking for a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role will handle various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations, including scheduling, communication, document management, and supporting both leadership and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications; manage office supplies and inventory; coordinate office maintenance.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, arrange meetings and appointments; organize travel arrangements and itineraries; prepare and send meeting agendas and materials.
Document Management: Draft, review, and edit reports, correspondence, and presentations; organize physical and electronic files; assist with preparing contracts and documents.
Client & Staff Support: Greet visitors, clients, and guests; provide administrative support to teams; assist with onboarding and training.
Data Entry & Reporting: Manage and update databases; prepare reports and presentations; assist with invoice tracking and budgeting tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Experience:
Prior administrative or office support experience is preferred.
