Job Description /Overview:
Stairs Property, following recent growth, is hiring a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join its team. This role involves site maintenance and repairs across Corby and surrounding areas, with occasional projects further afield.
Key Responsibilities:
Grass cutting and lawn care.
Strimming and hedge pruning.
Bed preparation and planting.
Weed control and fencing work.
Leaf clearing, litter picking, and winter gritting.
Equipment and vehicle maintenance.
Internal site repairs and other ad hoc maintenance tasks as requested by clients.
Who Can Apply
Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a genuine interest in grounds maintenance.
Willing to occasionally work outside core hours.
