Job Description/Overview:
CareLinx by Sharecare is a platform offering caregivers the flexibility to work on their terms. It provides in-home care services to health plan members and individuals. Caregivers choose their schedules and shifts, ensuring better work-life balance. Responsibilities include companionship, assisting with daily activities, and documenting care plans. This role is suitable for compassionate and tech-savvy individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and assist with activities of daily living.
Perform cooking, meal preparation, errands, and transportation.
Assist with walking, exercise, bathing, and grooming.
Manage light housekeeping and medication reminders.
Document care tasks and activities in the CareLinx app.
Communicate with care advisors as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of member information.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education (CNA, HHA, MA).
Proficiency in English (bilingual skills are a plus).
COVID vaccination disclosure required.
Completion of vetting and training.
Medical requirements (e.g., physicals, TB tests) may apply.
Experience:
Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills:
Compassion, professionalism, and good communication.
Ability to work independently and manage variable schedules.
Tech-savvy with experience using mobile apps.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
