Job Description/Overview
HRM Homecare Services Ltd. is seeking reliable and compassionate Home Care Support Workers to empower individuals to live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
This flexible role requires a minimum of six shifts per month, including at least two weekends or one weekend per month, with availability provided one month in advance.
As a Support Worker, you will assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and accompanying service users to appointments or social events.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, catheter care, and stoma care.
Prepare meals and offer assistance with medication.
Support service users with social and emotional needs.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
Offer companionship and accompany service users to appointments and social events.
Collaborate with health and social care providers.
