Job Overview
Leone Centre is seeking a versatile Client Relations and Content Writer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and creating engaging content. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide exceptional customer service and manage content for our websites and social media platforms. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for supporting clients in a counselling and therapy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
- Content Writing: Create, edit, and upload content for our websites and social media platforms, ensuring engagement and connection with our audience.
- Content Management: Manage and update content on WordPress websites, including blog posts and general site updates.
- Social Media Management: Post and interact on various social media platforms, maintaining the voice and presence of the Leone Centre.
- Administrative Support: Use CRM systems and booking platforms to manage client appointments and ensure smooth operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Practice Manager and team, providing updates on tasks, events, and important information.
Essential Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing customer support with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Content Writing: Experience in blog writing and creating content for digital platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using WordPress to add and update website content, and proficient with social media platforms.
- Visual Design Knowledge: Experience using Canva or similar tools for content creation.
- IT Proficiency: Strong knowledge of IT systems, cloud-based storage, and CRM platforms.
- Confidentiality: Understanding and adherence to confidentiality and UK GDPR regulations.
- Equipment: A PC/laptop with paid antivirus, reliable internet, and a dedicated mobile phone (paid SIM provided).
Desirable Skills
- Marketing and Project Planning: Experience with marketing strategies and project management.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices for content creation.
- Web Design: Experience with website creation and updates, including coding.
- Outreach: Experience with outreach for marketing or website content development.
