Job Description/Overview:

Sharetea BC is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and coordinate HR activities. This full-time role is essential to maintaining efficient office procedures and ensuring seamless daily operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.

 

Plan and organize daily operations.

 

Determine and establish office procedures and routines.

 

Oversee the classification and rating of occupations.

 

Schedule and confirm appointments.

 

Coordinate HR department activities to meet organizational goals.

 

Oversee payroll administration.

 

Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.

 

Perform data entry and maintain organized records.

 

Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

 

Provide coaching and support for staff.

 

Qualifications:

 

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

 

Experience:

 

1 to less than 7 months.

 

Skills:

 

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 

Proficiency in data entry and office management.

 

Effective communication and coaching skills.

 

Workplace Information:

 

On-site work is required; no remote option is available.

 

Additional Information:

 

Open to Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents, and other candidates with or without a valid work permit.
