Job Description/Overview:
Intradeco Apparel seeks an experienced Sales Manager for Headsweats, a division of NG Labs. This full-time, hybrid position focuses on driving product sales, managing sales teams, and enhancing sales strategies. Passion for the outdoors and strong negotiation skills are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and secure direct sales opportunities.
Manage B2B accounts and distributors.
Supervise sales teams and serve as Boulder Office Manager.
Analyze sales trends, data, and reports.
Recommend product positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies.
Monitor competitors and market activities.
Foster long-term client relationships.
Participate in expos and events.
Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams for product development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field (preferred).
5–10 years of experience in sales management and marketing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in sales strategies, customer needs, and negotiation techniques.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience:
5–10 years in sales management, merchandising, or marketing.
Skills:
Effective communication and organization.
Knowledge of financial and marketing principles.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
