Job Description/Overview:
EPG Health Payroll LLC is seeking a Sales Manager for its Orangetheory Fitness team. The role involves guiding new members through their fitness journey, selling memberships, and contributing to studio success through strong sales and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on lead outreach, conversion, and generation.
Greet studio visitors with enthusiasm and energy.
Conduct studio tours and sell memberships.
Follow up with prospective members.
Address member concerns professionally and objectively.
Participate in marketing and outreach events.
Collaborate with the manager to achieve monthly KPIs.
Assist the Operations Manager with facility maintenance and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness.
Experience:
Proven flexibility, multitasking skills, and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Skills:
Attention to detail.
Passion for fitness and customer service.
Compensation:
$25/hour plus commissions on sales and quarterly bonuses.
