Job Description/Overview:
Swiss Life Group, one of Europe’s leading providers of life, pensions, and financial solutions, is looking for a Partner & Client Services Officer to join their Private Wealth Operations Team in Luxembourg. The role is focused on managing inquiries related to life insurance policy lifecycles, including onboarding new business. You will serve as the first point of contact for Sales, Client Development Teams, Partners, and Clients. This role also requires a strong understanding of AML and compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inquiries related to life insurance policies, including onboarding new business
Act as a primary contact for Sales, Partners, and Clients
Ensure compliance with AML regulations and company policies
Provide high-quality customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, finance, or equivalent
Mandatory experience in the banking and insurance sectors
Fluent in Portuguese/Spanish and business-level English (additional European languages are a plus)
Highly organized, reliable, and client-oriented
Ability to work autonomously and in teams, with flexibility
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in the banking or insurance sectors
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
