Job Description /Overview

This 65-bedded residential and nursing home has a Carehome.co.uk review score of 9.3 and a “Good” CQC rating, reflecting our commitment to exceptional care and service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and implement infection control practices.
Contribute to creating a homely atmosphere where residents feel comfortable and cared for.
Qualifications
An eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness and hygiene.
Empathy and respect for residents and colleagues.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Experience
Prior housekeeping experience in a care or hospitality setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work flexibly, accommodating personal needs such as the school run.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
