Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will perform various administrative tasks, oversee office procedures, and assist in maintaining smooth operations within the organization. This full-time, permanent role involves on-site work with no remote option available.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and control budgets and expenditures.
Train and delegate tasks to office support staff.
Perform data entry and maintain records.
Administer policies and procedures related to privacy and access to information.
Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures.
Oversee and coordinate office administrative operations.
Monitor systems and prepare periodic and special reports.
Resolve conflicts and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Office.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Organized, flexible, and a team player with integrity.
