Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating office tasks such as managing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. The position also involves organizing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and assisting in budget preparation. This is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Answer phone calls and relay messages.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Compile data, statistics, and other information.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Arrange travel and make reservations.
Set up and maintain filing systems.
Prepare and proofread correspondence and documents.
Carry out office administrative activities and review procedures.
Assist with budget preparation and manage inventory controls.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
Team player, flexible, and client-focused.
