Position: Social Assistant

Job Description/Overview
Agence Immobilière Sociale, a key partner in combating housing shortages, is seeking motivated and skilled Social Assistants (m/f/d) for permanent and fixed-term positions. The roles are based in our branches at Rodange and Hamm.
Key Responsibilities
Provide information, orientation, and advice to the target population.
Conduct social investigations and present housing application files to the housing allocation commission.
Develop and regularly evaluate Social Inclusion Projects through Housing (PISL).
Carry out regular home visits.
Collaborate closely with social support services.
Work with municipal social offices and other social sector services.
Qualifications
Diploma in Social Assistance/BSSE.
Strong interest in housing-related issues.
Excellent administrative skills.
Proficiency in mediation, conflict management, networking, and teamwork.
Flexible working hours.
Proficiency in standard IT tools.
Valid driver’s license (B) with access to a vehicle.
Fluency in the country’s official languages.
Experience
Previous experience in social work or housing-related projects is a plus.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive cases with professionalism.
Organizational and time management abilities.
