Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and presentable Sales Promoter to join our team and represent TVs and mobile devices at retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and engaging individual, skilled in sales and customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Promotion:
- Actively promote TVs and mobile devices to customers in retail outlets.
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers to drive sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Customer Engagement:
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Address customer inquiries and provide professional solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest products, features, and industry trends.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase functionality and value.
Merchandising and Display:
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and adequately stocked.
- Keep the promotional area clean and organized.
Reporting and Feedback:
- Submit daily or weekly sales reports to management.
- Share customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Requirements:

- Gender: Female, with a presentable and energetic demeanor.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (sales, promotions, or retail experience preferred).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable nature.
- Passion for technology and gadgets is highly desirable.
- Residency: Based in Kuwait with transferable residency.
- Workplace: Showroom-based at client sites.
